Training: why custom-made is the key to meeting corporate transformation challenges

We often think that training is just about rolling out a pre-established program. However, when faced with a reorganization or shifting responsibilities, off-the-shelf content quickly reaches its limits. Elise Gartion, Training & Animation Offer Manager at Alessia, explains how co-construction best meets learners' needs.
Bespoke training design: beyond the catalog
Alessia offers a catalog of 18 training programs structured around specific themes such as feedback, conflict management, psychosocial risk prevention, and more. Our trademark: 100% customized training to adapt to the real-world context and needs of each client.
A service company undergoing a major reorganization reached out to us to provide management tools to several field team leaders whose responsibilities had just evolved. To succeed, it is imperative to take the time to know the client and co-create the program with them. Every project starts with an in-depth briefing session: context, learner profiles, and past difficulties. This step allows us to build on what already exists to avoid any repetition and ensure the relevance of our intervention.
Andragogy: choosing active learning
Adult education, or andragogy, goes beyond mere theoretical delivery: it relies on "active learning." We provide theoretical content that we systematically consolidate through hands-on workshops for immediate practice.
During a project for the service subsidiary of a leading energy company, we trained 80 team leaders across 8 regions. Initially, there was real skepticism: lack of time, fear of a training program disconnected from their daily reality... By bringing these managers together to exchange with their peers on issues like turnover or employee disengagement, we turned this training into a driver for motivation! Participants left with directly applicable tools and best practices, allowing them to shift from a reactive mindset to a true team cohesion dynamic.
A global partnership within the ecosystem
Often, the trust-based relationship with our clients is first established through recruitment. By being called upon to recruit their employees, we internalize our clients' DNA and deliver training with a precise understanding of their field reality. As a result, our interventions are never disconnected. We operate within an ecosystem that we fully understand.
This multi-expertise within the firm (recruitment, assessment, training, transformation, or "change management") allows us to understand the full scope of HR challenges.
By adhering to the rigor of the Qualiopi certification—and its 27 quality criteria—we prove that every client need is addressed end-to-end: from the upfront needs analysis to the final skills assessment. Training then becomes a strategic component of the organizational development and adaptation plan, ensuring increased operational efficiency.
